Welcome to Teal Creative Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website(s), services, digital products, and educational programs offered by Teal Creative Studio and its subsidiary brand, Teal Learning Studio. By accessing our site, hiring our studio, or enrolling in our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services & Engagement (Teal Creative Studio)

Statements of Work: All graphic design, accessible document creation, branding system builds, and workflow automation services are governed by project-specific Proposals or Statements of Work (SOW).
Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate copy, licensed visual assets, and timely feedback required to execute project deliverables.

2. Educational Programs & Digital Products (Teal Learning Studio)

Enrollment & Access: Course registrations, workshop seats, and digital product downloads (such as script tools or template kits) are licensed for individual use only unless explicit multi-user enterprise licenses are granted.
No Refunds on Digital Assets: Due to the downloadable nature of digital products, code scripts, and template kits, all sales are final upon delivery unless specified otherwise in writing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Deliverables: Upon full and final payment of all invoices, the client receives intellectual property ownership of final approved design deliverables as specified in their individual contract.
Studio IP & Automation Tools: All proprietary software scripts, InDesign automation tools, pre-existing code, course curricula, video lessons, workbooks, and templates created by Teal Creative Studio / Teal Learning Studio remain the sole intellectual property of the Studio. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or reverse-engineer our tools or educational materials without prior written consent.

4. Professional Standards & Ethical AI Commitment

Our studio operates in alignment with the ethical and professional standards established by the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD). We guarantee that human design expertise directs all project execution. While we utilize custom automation tools to eliminate mechanical tasks and streamline accessibility tagging, we never deliver unedited, raw machine outputs to clients.

5. Limitation of Liability

Teal Creative Studio and Teal Learning Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, website, digital tools, or educational courses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

6. Governing Law
